No More Membership Fees!

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

Over the last few months, we have made several improvements to Stuff2Send to make it, well, better for you!

We would like to announce our most recent change here at Stuff2Send—we have eliminated membership fees for Carriers! (for Senders, membership has always been free) Stuff2Send is now FREE for all to access. We have shifted to a model that you may be familiar with; one that more closely resembles eBay. This means every time a transaction is completed over Stuff2Send, Carriers will be invoiced a small percentage of their winning bid.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the details of our new system. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing us at contact@stuff2send.com.

Thanks,
The Stuff2Send Team

Updated Homepage

Monday, November 23rd, 2009

Back in September, we mentioned you’re going to see a lot of new and exciting features on Stuff2Send. As part of this, we rolled out our upgraded homepage earlier this week. On the new homepage, you’re going to see a cleaner navigation structure, a series of testimonials from Stuff2Send members, and more.

More features will be available soon and once they go live, we’ll be blogging about them to keep everyone up-to-date. If you have any feedback about the new homepage or if you have suggestions for Stuff2Send in general, we’d love to hear from you.

Thanks,

Don’t let the Royal Mail Postal Strike slow you down…

Monday, October 19th, 2009

You’ve probably all heard the latest updates regarding the Royal Mail postal strike. On Thursday, mail centre staff and drivers will strike, followed by delivery and collection staff on Friday. This will result in limited collection and delivery of mail.

Don’t let the strike keep you (and your friends and family) from getting packages delivered—use Stuff2Send! As always, it’s free to sign up to send packages so encourage those you know who are affected by the strike to give Stuff2Send a try.

Stuff2Send is pleased to announce the addition of our YouTube channel. Located at http://www.youtube.com/user/stuff2send, the YouTube channel is currently showing a couple of radio commercials that we’ve turned into videos.

Be sure to check them both out, leave comments and we’ll keep you updated on future videos.

Directly Import and List Sold Items from eBay into Stuff2Send

Friday, August 28th, 2009

We want to remind you all of a convenient feature built into the Stuff2Send website. Stuff2Send allows you to directly import SOLD items from eBay. This saves you time in that you can automatically post an item using the same information you listed on eBay.

If you take advantage of this feature, please don’t forget to update the description of your listing after it has been imported so people understand you need the item DELIVERED. Without updating the description, confusion may arise as the eBay verbage might convey you’re trying to sell the item, which absolutely isn’t your purpose if you are using Stuff2Send.

As always, if you have any questions about using the direct import feature or updating the description of the listing, please do not hesitate to email us at contact@stuff2send.com.
